Large private and enclosed backyard with firepit and enclosed front yard. Pet friendly. Fully furnished down to the linens. 3 queen beds, master bathroom, jack-n-jill bath, and half bath.
Rental rates vary depending on the desired month and length of stay. The reservation fee/security deposit is due at signing. The rent and cleaning fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Home does have AC and heat. Fireplace in the living room is non operable.
Driveway can fit one car.
