Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

All monies are nonrefundable once payment as been paid. The cleaning fee will be refunded if move in has not occurred. If Stay Coronado, Inc. finds a replacement tenant to rent the dates of your current reservation, then the rent and some of the deposit will be refunded back to you. You may be required to pay a small marketing fee. 

Reservation Fee/Security Deposit:

A reservation fee is due upon signing. This holds the property until your balance is due. Rent and cleaning fees are due 60 days before check in. Once move in as occurred, the reservation fee turns into your security deposit. That security deposit is refundable after your stay minus any excessive cleaning, damages or charges that may occur. 

Guests:

Tenants are allowed to have overnight visitors and guests. If visitor(s) is staying more than one week, tenant is to get approval from Stay Coronado, Inc. Each unit as a max persons allowed in the home. This is to not be exceed.
