This one-bedroom Spanish-style casita is sure to impress. Recently remodeled and decorated beautifully, this is the perfect home away from home. Stocked with everything you need and more for your vacation.

Street parking only. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, but it’s not far from the condo.

Unit does have an AC in the bedroom and a portable unit in the living room. The back patio features a BBQ Grill and seating.

Sofa is a queen size pull out.

One pet on approval.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Exactly as expected. Home was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect for walks to town and beach. Check. in and out was seamless and one small plumbing problem was handled very quickly. We will definitely look into this property if we come back for another long term stay.

Coronado Casita

We loved staying at this casita. Though it was small, it had everything we needed to be comfortable. The casita is very clean, well organized and quiet. We didn’t have a car but we were able to walk to the supermarkets and the beach in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this property very much. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everything about the stay was easily managed. We would certainly keep this property in mind for any return trip to Coronado. Our entire experience working with your office staff and especially Christina was very positive.
