This townhome is 3 levels. Upon entering you’ll ascend one level to the 2nd floor, which has the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is complete with all your vacation essentials, such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, and more. With stainless steel appliances and a granite countertop island, you’ll have a comfortable space to prepare home-made meals during your stay. The dining room table has seating for 6 people and looks out to the San Diego Bay & outdoor balcony. The living room features a 46-inch TV and board games, including Monopoly and Scrabble. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy this great set up for nights spent in relaxing with your group. On the 3rd level of the townhome are the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a Smart TV, king-size bed, and an attached bath with his and her sinks. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, window’s with direct views of the bay, and a second attached bath. Inside the home, we also have 2 twin-size air mattresses and extra blankets & pillows to accommodate additional guests.

This townhome is located in the heart of Imperial Beach, one of California’s first beach towns just outside of downtown San Diego. Your balcony views overlook the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge, a 3,900-acre wetland that is right next to the home. This rental comes with full access to the community's pool, spa, and BBQs that are just steps away from the home. These amenties are for long term guests only.  

Nearby you will also find gondola rides at the Coronado Cays, which is a great stop on your way to Coronado Island. Less than a mile away is downtown Imperial Beach, walk along the pier and watch the sunset, or take in the salty air at ocean-side restaurants.
