This single-story residence features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, two additional queen-sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a bonus room with a queen-sized sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. Enjoy a spacious patio with a BBQ grill, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Available June, July and August.

The driveway is shared and needs to be kept clear at all times. You will be able to park one car right in front of the garage without blocking the neighbors. There is also street parking.

Rental rates vary depending on the desired month and length of stay. The reservation fee/security deposit is due at signing. The rent and cleaning fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Home does have AC and heat. Fireplace in living room is operable.

You can ask about pets, but they are not guaranteed to be accepted.
