Enjoy a spacious patio with a BBQ grill, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Long driveway provides parking for multiple cars. Available June, July and August.
Rental rates vary depending on the desired month and length of stay. The reservation fee/security deposit is due at signing. The rent and cleaning fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Home does have AC and heat. Fireplace in living room is operable.
