Coronado Rental for a month
My rental experience was for the most part very good. Pros: good location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Roomy house which was well stocked and comfortable. Cons: No AC and a few of the days and nights reached an internal temp of 89 degrees! Carbon monoxide detector went off at 5:30 AM one morning and had to call 911. Harrowing experience, detector was old and reached end of life and misfired. Shouldn't have to deal with that as a renter. Batteries should be replaced every 2 years so this won't happen to a renter. Ice maker in fridge stopped working on day 5. I called to have it repaired but that never happened.
