Walking distance to beach, shopping, Hotel Del, restaurants, bars, schools, and grocery stores. Home features, full size washer and dryer, king bed, queen bed, two twins, large closets, fireplace, stainless steel appliances, huge patio area with BBQ Grill, fire pit and patio table, perfect for entertaining your family and friends and one assigned parking space in the alley. Unit does have a garage that you can store all your beach gear in.
Home is pet friendly, Home does have central AC.
All bedrooms are upstairs.
The outside front door area does have a ring camera.
We do only book about 6 months in advance. For summer of 2025, we will start booking Dec/Jan time frame.
